The Buyer may fill in and submit the given cancellation form at the Seller&#8217;s<br\/>sales outlets in Riga, Maskavas iela 250, LV-1063.<br\/>4. The buyer must not<br\/>damage the goods and their original saleable appearance (this paragraph will not apply<br\/>to goods returned due to quality problems).<br\/>5. When exercising the right of withdrawal, the buyer is liable for any depreciation in the value<br\/>of the goods if the goods have been used in a way that is not<br\/>compatible with the principle of good faith.<br\/>6.The Buyer may return the goods to Maskavas iela 250, Riga, LV-1063, on working days,<br\/>between 10.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m. 10:00 to 19:00. In the event of a return of the wrong product and\/or a<br\/>product of poor quality, the Seller will accept such goods and replace them<br\/>with equivalent correct products. In the event that the Seller does not have<br\/>analogous replacement goods, it will refund the Buyer for the returned goods.<br\/>7. The Seller shall reimburse the Buyer<br\/>for the amount paid by the Buyer no later than 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt<br\/>of the Buyer&#8217;s notification of the decision to withdraw from the Contract.<br\/>8.If the Buyer has expressed a wish to use a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by the Seller<br\/>, the Seller shall not be obliged<br\/>to reimburse the Buyer for the additional delivery costs.<br\/>9. The Buyer shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.<br\/>10.
