Hydrocork
The distinguishing feature of Hydrocork vinyl floors is the cork interlayer embedded in the vinyl floor construction. This design feature makes Wicanders vinyl floors even warmer and more pleasant to walk on barefoot. The manufacturer offers only one construction - Click bond vinyl sheets. The advantage of the Click joint is its easy installation. The sheets are connected by laying them side by side and tapping on the Click joint with a rubber mallet. In small spaces, this vinyl flooring can be laid over an existing subfloor without the need for an underlay. In larger rooms, or where several rooms are being laid seamlessly, it is recommended to glue the vinyl flooring to the subfloor for better stability. Wicanders vinyl floors are warm, quiet, impact-resistant and waterproof. Also suitable for underfloor heating.
